UAE residents can save 40pc on Europcar rentals with Nol Travel card
Cardholders can also access thousands of dirhams in other deals
DUBAI – UAE residents holding a Nol Travel card can now access discounts of up to 40 percent on Europcar car rental services under a new partnership between Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and Europcar.
The offer begins on September 1, 2026, and will remain available for one year. It covers vehicle rentals within the UAE as well as at various Europcar locations worldwide.
The new arrangement expands the range of mobility benefits available to Nol Travel cardholders, giving them an additional option when hiring a vehicle for travel or transportation needs. RTA said the partnership reflects its efforts to turn strategic collaborations into practical benefits for the public.

The agreement also strengthens the range of benefits linked to the Nol Travel card, extending its use beyond conventional public transport services. Cardholders can access offers designed to provide greater flexibility, convenience and value across different mobility and lifestyle services.

Launched in 2024, the Nol Travel card provides access to mobility services across Dubai. It can be used to pay fares on RTA's public transport network, including the Dubai Metro, RTA Bus and Dubai Tram, as well as public parking fees and taxi fares.
The card also provides exclusive offers and discounts from more than 100 entities and brands spanning hotels, restaurants, retail outlets, entertainment venues, tourist attractions and adventure experiences.
Card price
The Nol Travel card is available for Dh100, which includes a specially designed silver Nol card loaded with Dh19 balance. Buyers also receive offers and discounts valued at more than Dh17,000.
Offers can be redeemed by presenting the travel card at participating vendors or by displaying the relevant QR code through the nol pay app.
Cardholders can also link the card to the nol Plus programme to earn points and access additional advantages.
